Title: Coherence in exciton and charge transport: From photosynthesis to organic electronics Abstract: Energy and charge transport are the most fundamental chemical processes, underpinning photosynthesis, solar cells, batteries, and molecular electronics. In many important cases, charge and energy motion show signatures of various kinds of coherence.

Abstract: Every scientist or engineer will, at some point, likely have to deal with IP issues, whether it be for their own IP or for that of others. Early recognition as an academic or entrepreneur of what IP one may have, or have to address, can provide new opportunities and/or preempt undesirable outcomes. In the first half of this session, I will cover some of the basics of IP, and red flags that may be triggered during the normal course of any scientific career. Any questions on IP in general or specifically? Just ask!
