The Canadian Neuro-ophthalmology Virtual Review Course

This neuro-ophthalmology review course is a two day high yield course that is targeted for senior residents in ophthalmology and neurology. While intended for senior residents, it is also targeted for practicing physicians in ophthalmology or neurology who are interested in improving their neuro-ophthalmic diagnostic and therapeutic skills. For residents, this course offers an excellent review prior to the royal college exams. For practicing physicians, it is an update on the current evaluation and management of neuro-ophthalmic disorders.

The Ottawa Hospital Thoracic Oncology Summit

This one day interprofessional meeting offers a unique opportunity for thoracic oncology health care providers to gather and discuss current practices and standards in thoracic oncology. The meeting design, including lectures and interactive case-based discussions, will allow participants to enhance their knowledge in different disciplines involved in cancer care, discuss relevant topics and apply new concepts and skills to their practice. By the end of the meeting, practice standards for contentious issues will be proposed and local consensus guidelines will be developed.
