Dîners colloque du CRSEC avec N.Bentayeb et A. Berberovic

Le bénévolat a une longue histoire au Québec et apporte des avantages autant aux organismes qu’aux bénévoles eux-mêmes, sans compter les bénéfices pour les usagers. Les personnes bénévoles recourent au bénévolat pour diverses raisons, toutes distinctes d’une activité salariale (Behnia, 2012). Il s’agit d’une responsabilité civique (Lesemann, 2002) pour le développement de l’empowerment individuel (Panet-Raymond, Rouffignat et Dubois, 2002). Le « Taking care » amène un espace de proximité entre bénévole et bénéficiaire permettant souvent aux deux une socialisation (Schmid, 2019).
