Résumé: l'objectif de cette présentation es de voir comment le droit à l'anonymat canadien doit être conceptualisé et modifié dans le contexte du phénomène de privatisation des espaces publics qu'engendre l'avènement des villes intelligentes au Canada. La présentation s'intéressera surtout à la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels et les documents électroniques du Canada et à l'article 27 du règlement général sur la protection des données personnelles européen.
