Inclusive Leadership and Business-Government Cooperation
Equity, diversity and inclusion are key to maximizing a society’s socio-economic development where everyone can achieve their full potential. Because businesses and governments are the pillars of socio-economic development, they must work together to realize society’s full potential and increase people’s well-being. To do this, they must exercise inclusive leadership.
This bilingual panel brings together professionals with significant inclusive leadership experience to explore the opportunities and challenges of such leadership in business and government. It will also discuss how businesses and governments can work effectively together to develop public policies in support of inclusive leadership for the benefit of Canada’s economy and society (e.g., entrepreneurship, innovation, market opportunities at home and abroad, management and governance of organizations, infrastructure, education, health, etc.).
