“Contemporary Consideration: Co-Parenting and the Best Interests of Children in the Context of C-78 and New Tech”

By Rebecca Bromwich, Program Director for the Graduate Diploma in Conflict Resolution, Carleton University

This talk will be an interactive conversation engaging how

recent family law reform (in Bill C-78) and the proliferation of

online technologies and their uses in legal tech platforms

affect the best interests of children. Rebecca will discuss how

her Law Foundation of Ontario funded research relates to the

best interests of Ontario's children, and will seek feedback and

participation from participants.
