As part of Black History Month, we invite you to join us for a networking gathering, followed by a conference-debate around the UNESCO project on the General History of Africa and the book collection that was created as a result.

M. Ali Moussa Iye, UNESCO representative, will speak about the role of the project in the dissemination of knowledge about Africa. This will be followed by a discussion with professors from the History Department and the public.
