The uOttawa Public Law Centre and the Office of the Correctional Investigator present: A Fireside Chat on Punished for Aging: Vulnerability, Rights, and Access to Justice in Canadian Penitentiaries, the new book from Adelina Iftene, PhD. Hearing at the Supreme Court of Canada : Uber v. Heller

Join your fellow students and professors at the Supreme Court of Canada to watch the Uber v. Heller case. Following the trial, we will host a discussion with CLTS faculty members, lawyers, and the CIPPIC team that will be intervening at the SCC.  

The hearing will begin at 9:30 AM at the Supreme Court of Canada. The discussion will begin at 4:00 PM and will be held in Fauteux Hall, room 302.
