The Ropera Sword

A talk on rapier production in Early Modern Spain: the trade and commercial networks between Spain and Italy - cheap blades from Genoa and Milan coming to Spain, and blades from Toledo coming to Italy, and finally, Spanish fencings schools and some famous Spanish swordsmen-- not all of them men.
