Les jeunes qui poursuivent des études supérieures sont ainsi particulièrement à risque de voir leur santé affectée à divers degrés.

During this interactive workshop, mental performance consultant and uOttawa PhD candidate, Jonathan Lasnier, will present the different elements that trigger stress as well as the different types of stressors that exist.
