At the end of the workshop the participant will be able to:

• Demonstrate how to correctly use the ePortfolio technology
• Evaluate the performance of the individual students in the group as well as the group as a whole in relation to the goals of the ePortfolio program
• Exemplify the roles of the medical professional as outlined in the UGME program.

Course description: 

This course aims to provide you with a background on the utility, methodology and interpretation of systematic reviews and meta-analyses of health care interventions. The course will introduce to the logistical, methodological, and statistical techniques of meta-analysis and evidence synthesis. The emphasis will be largely on synthesizing the results of interventional studies, however, there will be discussion on the synthesis of observational studies.
