Mentoring

Mentoring is known to contribute to the success and academic advancement of faculty members. The Faculty of Medicine is in support of having each Department and School implement a formal mentoring program.  This session will provide information that will help departments to launch a mentoring program and an opportunity to hear the experience of those already involved in formal mentoring programs.      At the end of the session the participant will be able to:   discuss the advantages of a formal mentoring program for your department members
