Learning Objectives:

1. Briefly define the bases of a psychological support/resilience program in times of crisis that combine:
   1. Peer support
   2. Regular use of psychological vital signs (brief ranges of mindfulness)
   3. The neuroscientific approach to compassion
2. Illustrate the concepts with examples and questions
3. Offer simple protocols to guide the process

 

This 1-day conference focusing on women’s health is designed to provide family physicians and healthcare professionals with the most current and relevant information about approaches on health issues concerning both young and mature women. The day will consist of a series of lectures and short snapper sessions.
