Each year, the Faculty of Education of the University of Ottawa invites school boards and other education organizations from Ontario, Canada and abroad to its career fair in education. These events are great opportunities for school boards and organizations interested in hiring new teachers to meet candidates from the University of Ottawa, and for BEd students to meet prospective employers.
This is an opportunity for teacher candidates to schedule a mock interview with a principal from the OCSB or OCDSB.
Each interview is scheduled for 30 minutes (10 minute interview, 10 minute debrief, 10 minute portfolio or resume review). Please dress professionally and arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled interview.

This professional learning opportunity consists of twelve workshops with a career planning focus. Teacher candidates can pick three workshops on each day.
