Interventions to improve community food security in developed countries: what works and why?
A growing number of interventions using food systems approach to improve community food security are being implemented in developed countries. We will offer an update on an ongoing CIHR funded systematic review on evidence about what works, why, for whom and how. The role of knowledge users will be discussed.

“Mastering” Recovery in Homelessness

How does consumer choice promote recovery in homelessness? In this presentation I propose that mastery is a key link between choice in services and recovery outcomes. Data from three studies will be used to illustrate this link, even in the context of problem-related substance misuse.
