Chaire de recherche sur la francophonie et les politiques publiques

The Chaire de recherche sur la francophonie et les politiques publiques advances theoretical ideas on the creation of public policies and the empowerment of linguistic minorities. It evaluates the various models of governance and linguistic development in light of their capacity to foster the empowerment of official language minorities.

Borni in 1948, Hélé Béji is a Tunisian writer.A specialist in modern literature, she taught literature at the University of Tunisia before taking a position with UNESCO. During the coup d’état in 1987, she was banned from teaching at the university. In 1998, she founded the International College of Tunis, of which she is the head.
