Tips and Tools for Staying Well as a #modern Faculty Member

In this interactive 90 minute workshop we will identify strategies to adapt to and overcome the challenges that come during times of high stress and heavy workload.  The emphasis will be on group discussion and learning and reflective exercises. Participants will learn and use practical tools to help support health and wellness. Topics will include brief mindfulness techniques, individual and organizational interventions for wellness, opportunities for culture change and how to support a colleague in distress.
