CONSTELLATE is a student-curated and organized exhibition showcasing the work of twenty-five emerging artists, who will transform the faculty’s building into a professional exhibition space.
Join us! Our vernissage takes place Friday, April 29th from 7 to 9 pm in the basement floor of the University of Ottawa's Visual Arts Department’s four-story building: 100 Laurier Ave. E./ 600 Cumberland St.

CONSTELLER est une exposition présentant le travail de vingt-cinq artistes émergents, où les étudiants sont responsables de la planification, du financement et de l'accueil du spectacle.

Venez nous visiter à notre journée, portes ouvertes SAMEDI, le 21 MARS. L’édifice des arts visuels sera ouvert de 10h à 16h. Des visites guidées sont planifiées à 10h et 13h qui débuteront dans la pièce 114. Venez voir nos installations et rencontrer nos étudiants et professeurs!

En réponse à la menace et dans le but de réduire les risques d’infection à la COVID 19, nous annonçons que la journée portes ouvertes à l’intention des futurs étudiants de premier cycle qui devait avoir lieu le 21 mars est annulée.

Cette soirée s’adresse à toutes les personnes intéressées à faire une demande d’admission en arts visuels pour les années scolaires 2020 et / ou 2021.

The Department of Visual Arts would like to cordially invite you to our Portfolio-Info Night!

This event is for everyone interested in applying to the Visual Arts programmes for admission to the 2020 or 2021 fall terms.

Applicants are encouraged to bring a selection of their best work (6-8 works) and their sketchbook for personal feedback and advice about how to prepare the portfolio. Professors will share tips on photographing work and preparing it for digital uploading. They will also give an introduction to Slideroom, our digital portfolio portal.
