Ce printemps, nous abordons un sujet qui touche beaucoup de Canadiens : les troubles anxieux. En fait, les troubles anxieux dans leur ensemble sont les troubles de santé mentale les plus communs au Canada. Ce n'est pas surprenant que ce soit un des motifs de consultation en médecine familiale les plus fréquents.

Leur prévalence, sur une période d’un an, est de 12 %. De plus, 25 % des Canadiens seront affectés, durant leur vie, par un de ces troubles.
