Le professeur Braunschweig a remporté le Prix Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz en 2009 pour ses recherches portant sur de nouvelles espèces moléculaires et leurs applications potentielles dans la synthèse organique, la catalyse ou la science des matériaux.

Professor Braunschweig received the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize in 2009 for his research on novel molecular species and their potential applications in organic synthesis, catalysis or material science.

Biographie Adam Riess 

Adam Riess est titulaire de la chaire professorale Thomas-J.-Barber en études de l’espace à l’École Krieger des arts et des sciences. Cet éminent astronome au Space Telescope Science Institute est aussi membre de la National Academy of Sciences.

M. Riess a obtenu un baccalauréat en physique au Massachusetts Institute of Technology en 1992 et un doctorat de l’Université Harvard en 1996.

Adam Riess Biography

Adam Riess is the Thomas J. Barber Professor in Space Studies at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, a distinguished astronomer at the Space Telescope Science Institute and a member of the National Academy of Sciences.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1992 and his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1996.
