President’s Public Policy Luncheon

From the Oslo process in the Middle East, to the informal talks that helped to break the impasse in Northern Ireland, to the first discussions to end apartheid in South Africa, Track Two Diplomacy has become a significant feature of international relations. Despite this, it is comparatively little understood and little studied. Join us on May 7 to hear from a panel of experts as they explore the idea of Track Two Diplomacy and discuss what is happening at the University of Ottawa.
