Discussion de groupe et éducation psychologique pour promouvoir et soutenir une sexualité saine dans les relations intimes.

Avez-vous des questions ou des interrogations sur les éléments qui aident à établir une sexualité saine dans les relations intimes? Ce groupe ouvert sera animé conjointement par Nicolas Paradis, psychothérapeute, et Caroline Groulx, psychothérapeute.

Group discussion and psychological education to promote and support healthy sexuality in intimate relationships.

Do you have questions or wonderings about what elements assist in building healthy sexuality in intimate relationships? This open group will be co-facilitated by Nicolas Paradis, registered psychotherapist, and Caroline Groulx, registered psychotherapist.

This session is open to individuals, as well as couples.

La LNAP consiste en une séance d’étude interactive et inclusive se déroulant de 20 h à 2 h au 5e étage du pavillon CRX. Joignez-vous au CARTU (seul ou entre amis) pour faire vos devoirs et pour adopter des habitudes de travail saines qui vous aideront à vaincre la procrastination et à atteindre vos objectifs scolaires.

The LNAP is an interactive and inclusive study session taking place from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. on the 5th floor of CRX Hall. Join the Academic Writing Help Centre (alone or with your friends) to work on your assignments and to pick up healthier study habits that will help you overcome procrastination and achieve your academic goals.

Writing advisors and special guests will be on hand to help you acquire writing skills and adopt good study skills.

Yoga for Anxiety

Learning to manage anxiety can be a challenging process. One of the many tools available to help you along the way can be the practice of yoga. Our weekly yoga practice focuses on tools that can help release tension from the body, calm the mind, and become grounded. Tools may include movement, breathing and meditation. You will need a mat, a water bottle and comfortable clothing. No previous experience with yoga is required.

This interactive workshop is for students who have a disability or a bona fide medical condition.  It discusses the importance of developing skills and effective ways to self-advocate. These tools will play a vital role in ensuring you are accorded the same rights as your peers, enhancing your student experience and increasing your employability. The workshop also offers an overview of essential career topics — resumés, interviews, knowing yourself, volunteering, networking and LinkedIn — as well as concrete tools and resources to help you launch your career.
