The person with the highest number of stars wins a prize ($ 1-200, 2- 100, 3-50). The winner will be announced on Friday morning. A participation prize of $50 will also be drawn.

Les projets de design sont nombreux en génie et tous les programmes académiques de génie seront représentés lors de l’événement.

Design Day promises to amaze you with the creativity and ingenuity of our students!
This event is aimed at showcasing engineering design projects and celebrating the achievements of our students. Design projects are prevalent in the Engineering curriculum, and all of our academic engineering programs will be participating in the event.
Third edition of Design Day - March 29, 2018
As part of the mandate of the NSERC Chair in Entrepreneurial Engineering Design (CEED), the Faculty of Engineering will be hosting its third edition of Design Day.
La Compétition des concepts en entrepreneuriat permet aux étudiants de présenter leurs plans d’affaires novateurs à un jury de membres de la communauté d’Ottawa. Les étudiants doivent préparer un plan d’affaires avec du soutien et conseil des experts. Ensuite, ils présentent leur plan et ont la possibilité de gagner 5 000 $ pour la première place, 3 000 $ pour la deuxième place, et 2 000 $ pour la troisième place.
The Entrepreneurship Concepts Competition lets students present their innovative business plans to a panel of judges from the Ottawa community. Students are required to prepare a business plan with the support and guidance of experts. Then, they present their plan for the chance to win $5,000 for first place, $3,000 for second place, and $2,000 for third place.

You are invited to the 4th Makerspace challenge launch!
