Cet atelier s'adresse à tous les étudiants inscrits au palier secondaire (9e - 12e année). À quoi ressemblent les écoles secondaires, leurs salles de classe et les personnes qui les utilisent en 2015? Toutes et tous sont invités à confronter leurs perceptions avant de se rendre à l'activité "Apprentissage par engagement communautaire".

L’atelier SMART Board : l’essentiel du TBI au secondaire est un atelier de 90 minutes qui touche sur le fonctionnement du TBI et l’utilisation de SMART Notebook. L’atelier est réservé aux étudiants de la Faculté d’éducation.

Science Saturdays: Matter and Energy

As part of the Science Saturdays series, this workshop, hosted by Christine Tippett, will concentrate on Matter and Energy curriculum topics including properties of liquids, solids and gases, properties of and changes in matter, light and sound, as well as electricity. Participants will receive handouts for each individual activity.

Science Saturdays: Human Body

As part of the Science Saturdays series, this workshop, hosted by Christine Tippett, will focus on the Life Systems topic of Grade 5 Human Organ Systems. Five systems will be covered, each with its own hands on activity to demonstrate the connections each system has to the other systems. Participants will receive handouts and will even create their own models of each system to take home with them.
