People's Republic of Delicious

We are the People’s Republic of Delicious [PRD]; a food collective based at the university of Ottawa. We’re staffed by volunteers, both student and non-student, to prepare vegan delights and to carry out other events.

The PRD offers healthy, vegan meals every week through the academic year and is afforded by donation. To cut down on waste we cook with second-quality produce donated by local businesses. This way produce that would have been wasted because of cosmetic flaws can be put to good use!
