The Centre for International Policy Studies is excited to announce the continuation of our annual graduate student conference. This year’s theme will be “Cooperation, Competition, and Adaptation in a Post-Pandemic World.” The conference will take place on March 18th, 2022, at the University of Ottawa. This will be an in-person event, with the current Covid-19 measures in place. This event is organized in collaboration with The Centre for International Peace and Security Studies at McGill University and the Université de Montréal.

Keynote speaker: Patricia Fuller

1:00 pm - 2:20 pm

The keynote speech, titled "Climate change and global conflict: Considerations for Canada", will be given by Patricia Fuller.

Patricia Fuller is a Senior Fellow at the University of Ottawa’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and Canada's former climate change ambassador. She has extensive experience in international affairs and public policy. Patricia Fuller holds a MSc. with distinction in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Studies from Queen’s University.
