As part of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Collaborative Training and Research Experience Program titled "Training in Optoelectronics for Power: From Science and Engineering to Technology" (NSERC CREATE TOP-SET) Seminar Series, Dr. Mathieu de Lafontaine, from the University of Ottawa, will give a presentation titled "Design, fabrication and characterization of III-V/Ge multijunction solar cells with through cell via contacts".
