Use your artistic talents to express and reflect your experience with mental health.
We invite you to express yourself through your preferred artistic medium (photography, drawing, poetry, painting, music, etc.) to creatively showcase your experience with that mental health theme.
A group discussion facilitated by counsellors will be held at the end of each month to bring together anyone interested in sharing their experience of, and reactions to, this artistic exercise and provide mental health support in an open, safe, non-judgmental, and positive virtual space.
To participate, submit your piece of art using the online form.
All submissions are welcome. Meetings will be held on Zoom.
