Learn about Kathy Tremblay’s journey to becoming a 2-time Olympian as well as about some of her current endeavors. Kathy competed for 17 years in the triathlon and is the founder of “BougeBouge”, an organization that offers activities and resources to help the community stay active. Bougbouge’s mission is to decrease physical activity dropout rates in teens, young families and retired individuals and to promote physical activity to all, by using an approach that focuses on motivation. Join us and listen to Kathy’s valuable knowledge and insights.

During this talk, Kathy will also present a new initiative she is working on to help teens stay active. Come prepared with your questions about how to keep teenagers as well as adults physically active!
