During this Lunch and Learn presented by the Healthy and Active Campus committee, the University’s dietitian, Maryann Moffitt, will share her advice and tips, on nutrition at home during this time of physical distancing and work from home. Topics such as conscious eating, comfort food, body image and self-talk will be discussed. In the second half of the session, participants will be invited to share their favorite comforting recipes, to inspire other participants who may be looking for new recipe ideas! Bring your recipes (weblinks, pictures, lists of ingredients, etc.) and come ready to learn and to laugh with Maryann.
