The COVID-19 pandemic can cause stress and anxiety because it is disrupting normal life for many people all at once. While it is important to be informed and to take action to limit the spread of infection, the amount of attention on this topic can increase stress and anxiety.
The webinar will focus on helping students learn practical strategies to reduce anxiety and stress. Students will gain an understanding and awareness about their own feelings, learn to recognize the physiological and psychological symptoms, and explore helpful strategies that support and help maintain a sense of wellbeing.
