Learn how to quiet your mind and find calm by practicing meditation and mindfulness. Every Tuesday, join professor Catherine Collobert for a free drop-in one-hour workshop!

Format: Guided meditation (20 min), followed by a mindfulness session (including Q&A and homework exercises to strengthen your practice between sessions)

How: No reservation and no cost. Just drop in!

This workshop is informed by the work of the Academy for Mindfulness and Contemplative Studies (AMCS), a University of Ottawa interdisciplinary group of faculty and students who share a common interest in the study and application of mindfulness and contemplation.
