As part of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Collaborative Training and Research Experience Program titled "Training in Optoelectronics for Power: From Science and Engineering to Technology" (NSERC CREATE TOP-SET) Seminar Series and in collaboration with the Department of Physics Colloquium Series, Dr. Abderraouf Boucherif, from the Université de Sherbrooke, will give a presentation titled "Integration of low cost III-V photovoltaic and optoelectronic epitaxial structures on silicon". Join us at 2:15 p.m. for refreshments.  The seminar will start at 2:45 p.m.
