The Human Rights Office invites you to attend a workshop to practice listening skills and the ability to respect difficulties experienced by your friends and family members while avoiding personal burnout and compassion fatigue. The workshop will be offered by OCTEVAW and will be followed by an activity to create tools to help reduce stress and a letter-writing session for survivors to show your compassion and demonstrate your support. Workshop will be offered in English.
