By the end of this French-only workshop, you will know what makes for and characterizes job burnout. You will know the risk factors linked to individuals and to workplaces, as well as the personal and career consequences of burnout. You will also be able to tell the difference between job burnout and other mental health issues, as well as identify the steps to resilience. Finally, you will be able to implement prevention strategies that favour resilience, to face difficult situations and reduce the risk of burnout.
