Want to increase your range of motion and strength? Try this deep-water running class. Forget the cold and discover the power of weightless movement!

Deep-water running is an excellent way to increase range of motion and strength using the water resistance. We will learn how to set different personal intensity levels and types of interval training to increase heart rate. This class will allow participants to discover the power of suspended (weightless) movement, which many people find very unfamiliar. The class will include a simple warmup, two longer cardio sets, with some other forms of movement through the water in between to break it up, and conclude with a cool down/stretch.
