This workshop provides students with skills on how to adapt well in the face of stress, both in their personal and academic life. Students will develop an understanding of the symptoms of burnout, along with wellness skills that can be used as a preventative tool to manage stress.

Facilitators will share seven easy tips that students may use to build resiliency and wellness in their everyday lives.

Facilitated by Saverio Mirarchi (Mental Health and Wellness Counsellor) and Amélie (Peer Counsellor).

This is a one-off bilingual workshop.

No registration required, but students must arrive at the start time to prevent disruptions.
