Groupe de recherche interdisciplinaire sur les territoires de l’extractivisme (GRITE) Interdisciplinary Research Group on the Territories of Extraction (IRGTE)
Over the course of two days, we will focus on two key objectives:
  1. an in-depth analysis of the socio-environmental conflicts and governance challenges that arise as a result of the extractive industries; and
  2. the production of a series of policy recommendations to address these conflicts and challenges. We are bringing together world-renowned academic experts like you to explore Indigenous and human rights as they relate to extractive projects. The conference/workshop will consist of three panels, three round table sessions, and a final two-part policy meeting.
