As part of the 50th anniversary of the Department of Criminology at the University of Ottawa, artists who have experienced imprisonment and others forms of state repression submitted pieces of artwork that make visible the realities of criminalization and other forms of social exclusion. These works will be sold at an art exhibition at the University of Ottawa with all proceeds going to the artists.

Art auction: Biddings start Thursday, September 27 at 9 am until Friday, September 28, 5 p.m.

Exhibition and reception: Friday, September 28, 5-7 p.m.

Space is limited. Attendance will be restricted to 200 people. Register early to avoid disappointment!
