Have you noticed a ring on your colleague’s pinky finger? Alternatively, those of your professors and professional staff?

As a graduate from an Engineering program completed outside of Canada, you may not know about the Iron Ring bestowed through The Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer.

The Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer offers an opportunity to those who are in the engineering profession or who are about to enter the profession to obligate themselves to the high standards of integrity which the profession has established.

The Iron Ring symbolizes the unity of engineers and serves as a reminder of the obligations and ethics that are associated to the profession.

An internationally trained Engineer may apply to undertake the obligation if they can demonstrate eligibility for membership in a Canadian Professional Engineers’ Association.

Attend this exciting workshop on Saturday, August 11, 2018 to learn how you can earn your Iron Ring and join the prestigious circle of dedicated engineers.

Seminar begins at 9 a.m.

Consultations* to begin at 1 p.m.

* It is important to bring your résumé and all academic documents (transcript, diploma, course syllabi), as these will be referenced during your individual consultation time
