Monty Hill is a Tuscarora Beaver clan from the Tuscarora INdian Nation reservation and is currently committeed to teaching, learning and sharing everything about the Tuscarora language: everything from training coversational speakers to theoriziing various linguistic strctures. He has been active in the revitalization of Skarumrekye:ha' for the past 10 years, and has primarily focused efforts on returning the language to use in both ceremonies an in day to daylife. The current focus of his acdemic work has been on the intersection of lingustic documentation and language revitilization efforts.
