In honour of Heart Month, A Healthy and Active Campus would like to invite you to join us to Skate or Walk With Your Heart on Wednesday February 16th from 11:30-13:00 on the Rideau Canal!

Time & Place:We will meet on the Rideau Canal at the Somerset East stairs located near the Transit-way tunnel walkway @ 11:30.

Wear RED:In support of Heart Month we invite you to wear RED for this activity.  Masks are required with 2-meter distance.

CSA approved hockey helmets are strongly recommended for this activity!

Rideau Canal and Weather Conditions:If the canal is closed or should old man winter not cooperate, this activity will be postponed to Wednesday February 23rd.
