Workshop description
Traditional SEM is limited by unrealistically stringent assumptions, like fixing to zero parameters such as cross-loadings and residuals. This workshop will introduce Bayesian SEM, an approach that solves some limitations of traditional SEM. The workshop will provide demonstrations using the open source software R.

Please note that: An introductory knowledge of traditional structural equation modelling is required. Beginner level in R is highly recommended to be able to participate in hands-on exercises.
