About the lecturer

In 2005, she undertook her doctoral degree in education. Today Sophie Ménard is director of the University of Ottawa’s Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development sector.

About the 2017 Service Excellence Week

The annual uOttawa Service Excellence Week runs from October 2 to 6. Activities include conferences, the return of the pop-up café, a contest and student awards.

To celebrate everyone’s achievements in improving the student experience, the University encourages faculties and services to take part in the week’s activities (see the Week overview below) or to organize your own. Activities should reward and thank employees for their major contributions all year long, encourage teamwork, raise awareness about the importance of service excellence and remind employees about the University’s commitment to it.
