The Charity Ball is a formal event, which runs every year to raise money to donate to a charity organization that works to make a difference in the world. This year we are supporting Make-A-Wish® Eastern Ontario in partnership with their campus initiative Students for Wishes University of Ottawa. Students for Wishes uOttawa works directly with Make-A-Wish® Eastern Ontario in order to raise funds to grant the wishes of children between the ages of 3-17 with life-threatening medical conditions. In doing so they enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Ball will be taking place on March 4th, 2017 at Lago’s Bar and Grill. Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 PM, with dinner served at 7:00 PM and a dance to follow at 10:00 PM.

Tickets are sold for $40 this semester and $45 in the winter semester at the ESS office (CBY A05). Online tickets will also be available to purchase starting Monday, November 7th 2016.
