Documentary Showing: "After the Last River"

This documentary explores the struggles of Attawapiskat's Cree community to have their rights respected. A diamond mind situated on their territory is producing millions of dollars in profits, while their socioeconomic development related hopes are not being realized.

+Session with the director, Vicki Lean

Organized by the School of Political Studies, the School of Sociological and Anthropological Studies, and the Human Rights Research and Education Centre, with the support of the DIALOG Network and the Sociology and Anthropology Graduate Students Association.
