The Department of English, School of Music, and Department of Theatre at the University of Ottawa cordially invite you to a gala evening of star-studded musical and theatrical performances to launch Shakespeare 400 marking the four-hundredth anniversary of Shakespeare's death and the beginning of his remarkable afterlife.

Hosted by CBC's Alan Neal, "Brush up your Shakespeare" features Shakespearean scenes performed by Paul Gross and Martha Burns and Shakespeare-themed songs from the Baroque to Broadway performed by John Avey, Pascale Beaudin, Pierre Étienne Bergeron, Sandra Graham, Miriam Khalil, and Christiane Riel.

Tickets:$50 and $25 for students with valid ID.

All proceeds donated to PAL Ottawa for the benefit of local artists in need.
