The Tribes Process is a most effective community building and cooperative learning tool for helping educators create dynamic learning communities to promote academic achievement in all subject areas, and It Works! Tribes has been identified as an effective teaching tool in many Ontario district school boards. Tribes training is something that recruiters often look for when hiring new teachers here and overseas. The Tribes TLC® Staff Development Process: The Tribes 24 hour Basic experiential workshop prepares Pre-K–12 administrators, teachers and teacher candidates, as well as community members and support staff, to use the community building process (Tribes) as the foundation for transforming the classroom and school community environment to one in which teaching methods are effective in reaching and teaching students of and for today’s world.

Donna Bennett and Michael Eveleigh are your Certified Tribes TLC® trainers. With over 35 years each as educators, Donna and Michael have used Tribes for over 17 years as teachers, counsellors and administrators, having trained over 3500 educators in Tribes in Ontario, Quebec, and overseas in the Middle East.
