Crucial Conversations is a leadership course that teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at all levels of your organization. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), you’ll begin to surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment.

Yoga Nidra, ou sommeil yogique, est une technique de visualisation qui vise l'atteinte d'un état de relaxation profond pendant que vous êtes éveillé. Il n'y a pas de mauvaise façon de le faire - étendez-vous simplement sur le sol, fermez les yeux et laissez-vous guider par la voix de votre guide. Exception faite de quelques simples exercices d'étirement en début de séance afin de préparer votre corps et votre esprit, le yoga nidra ne requiert aucun mouvement. Venez expérimenter la relaxation totale.
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided visualization practice that promotes deep relaxation while you are awake and aware. There is no way to do it incorrectly - simply lie down on the floor, close your eyes, and listen to your guide’s voice. Aside from a few optional gentle stretching exercises at the beginning to help your body and mind settle, there is no movement involved. Come and experience total relaxation in your mind and body.
All are welcome and no experience whatsoever is required. You may lie directly on the floor, or bring a yoga mat or a blanket.
