Susan Boyd Book Launch

The Department of Criminology at the University of Ottawa is hosting the Ottawa launch of Susan Boyd's (University of Victoria) new book "Busted: An Illustrated History of Drug Prohibition in Canada" (Fernwood, 2018).

Drawing from original research and over 170 archival and contemporary drawings, paintings, photographs, and films stills from the 1700s to the present, Susan Boyd shows how Canada's unique drug prohibition policies, and resistance to them, have evolved.
